Did read a thread somewhere a guy did it by using both his old grill and a new one without the bonnet, but i think he bought the bonnet aswell in the end as it was a bit of a bodge without.

As for the rear, i think that would be a bit more straight forward, if you bought one on ebay and couldnt get it to fit, assuming you didnt cut it about im sure you would be able to sell it on again without losing any monies?

If only i had a more memorable name

See my sig

Rear bumpers are the same fitting except for the side panels that bolt to the car BTW. When changing to m sport or lci rear bumper you need to buy a pair of "Bumper Guides" to match the type and year of bumper you are fitting (around £30 the pair).

You will definately need them when changing to M-Sport, but you can probably afford the time to check the position of the clips along the inner side of the replacement bumper against your existing bumper guides to see if they line up if you're sticking to SE bumpers.

Your local BMW dealer will keep plenty in stock if you need to nip down to pick some up as these are the sort of things that they will sell lots of.
