E92 LCI hamman style front lip Installed
just found this online; has anyone purchased it yet. I believe this is the first lip for a non m-tech e92 lci
mixed reviews on his ebay account with good and bad fitment :/ UPDATE: so we installed it today. they guarentee fitment because they said you an apoxy glue that will not hold up while driving. so we had to drill into the bumper and secure it with screws and nuts. Install is just a pain but pretty straight forward. ignore the jack/tool holding it up. When we finally finished installing it, it was too dark for photos Last edited by jmkworld; 04-02-2012 at 08:06 PM.. |

Inteerrresssttinnggggg.... good find.
EDIT: I like it. Look's 100000x better in CF but really does well with the lines BMW gave us. Reminds me a lot of the E90 lips out there. Last edited by nichojo; 01-11-2012 at 04:18 PM.. |

stay away from cnbjautofans..they are horrible with fitments and such. if you look around this forum you'll know what i mean. ive bought a full set fomr them ofr me e90 (black front splitters, black roof and trunk spoiler) none of them fit properly. definitely not anything like the pictures they have on ebay. had a hard time settling with them (they just said look at our pictures they fit properly) ended up having to settle with paypal..
heres a similar story http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=411483 |

damn already placed the order; there reviews for the most part are good. seems like the majority of their bad fitment is with e90s for some reason. only good thing is they said in the invoice paint and fitment guarenteed so ill take photos and submit to paypal if its off

It's amazing that they still dont have a lip for the e90 2011 msport bumper yet... How long does it take normally for companies to build specific lips for a newer model cars?

like the other guy above said already, this lip is a hamann style replica lip and its supposed to have that "gap". its not supposed to be flush with the bumper sides. sorta like a "winglet".

similar to the pre-LCI hamman style lip? also, did the standard e92 bumper change in the LCI?
