Hi im fitting some led courtesy lights under my mirrors just wondering i want these to come on when unlocked so i thought i would wire to my interior lights does anybody have any idea where i can wire these to?

Just run a wire down to the footwell lights. Tap that and put a diode inline to prevent current from flowing the wrong way.

I wish i could however i dont have footwell lights either. Is there another option?

Really? Hmm let me see. What about dome lights?

What turns on when you open your car? Either by remote or after you open a door?

Yeah in the EU spec there kinda basic compared to the american spec. Well when i unlock by remote the interior dome lights come on in front and back. Just wondering would i have to take the wires up to the dome or an easier location?
