Heated Seats RetroFit Possible?
Long story short my car doesnt have heated seats.... I know I know
From the factory its a $500 or so option or you can get the cold package for $1000+ Be that as it may I'm curious if anyone knows if I can simply slip off the seat covers, buy the appropriate hardware, and hopefully have the plugs under the seat for it to work and do it myself? Last but not least would I be able to purchase the center console buttons to turn on the heated seats? Or as a last resort does anyone think the dealer can do it? I would ask but I dont want to look like an idiot if the answer is No haha. I'd appreciate any help with the process if someone is familiar. |

A buddy of mine works for Check Corporation.
http://www.checkcorp.com/seat-heater/seat-heaters.asp They do a DIY package through Heat Your Seat. http://www.heatyourseat.com/Vehicle-...2004-2011.aspx I have never used their products, however they are a local company (for me) and id I didn't have heated seats, I would def look into it from them. |
