CPO warrenty question BMW San Diego

My friend has a 328 convertible she bought 2 months ago from BMW San Diego.

She has 3 issues with her car:

Windshield wiper spray won't spray.

When she puts the top up the windows roll up, then the passenger front window sags or comes back down slowly.

In the morning when she gets going it takes at lesat 10 minutes for the heater to kick in. She has the temp set to 91, the fan to high, and the switch on the dash set to hot. It takes a couple minutes of freeway driving to be anything but freezing.

She took her car in to BMW San Diego, where she bought it, and they want to charge $100 PER ISSUE to diagnose her car. I thought that would be free, as well as any repairs...since they're not wearable items like brakes, wiper blades, etc.

Any help?

Suppose to be $50 deductible for each time you bring it in, not each item.

For example: If you have X,Y,Z wrong with your car, you only pay $50.

Reason why you got no response was because you posted in wrong section.

can you hear the pump or the motor working when activated? because if its just not spraying, it could just be nozzle clogged and all it would take is a needle.

its 50 per visit... no matter what the problem it is. if you still have factory warranty then its free even if its a CPO. 100 per problem is definately a rip off.

engine needs to be warm for heat to work. the air is heated by the coolant from the engine.

windshield washer...you check the fluid level right? if its full and not spraying then its either the pump died or something is clogged.

i think all of those should be warrantable items. and like already said, its a $50 deductible per visit for CPO. if the car is still under new car warranty then it should be free. what year and how many miles?

in any case, i think its time for a new dealer...
