MTEC High Power H8 Angel Eye - Installed on E92
First, I must direct kudos to Jose and Pat from Sonic Tuning. They responded fast with clear communications, they gave me a great price and the shipment arrived 2 days after I placed the order. They're a credit to our community.
As for the MTEC H8 angel eyes, I'm truly pleased. Bright? Oh yes. I used my Nikon D90 with a polarizing filter on it so you can see the color difference between the MTEC H8 and stock without being blinded. At the end, I took a photo with my iPhone to show the true intensity. Regarding the install, its well known that patience and small hands are the best tools for this job. I had some patience and a small flashlight. Small hands were not available. The carabiner fit easily in the slot for the headlight access cover and the flashlight was small enough to not get in the way of my hand and the part. Hang the light by the wires and have it settle near its eventual home. After its in place, retrieve it. I placed my hand like this... ...and grabbed the light between the fingers like this... (of course the light faces the front of the car when you grab it.) Here are the pics... All Stock MTEC (passenger) Stock (driver) MTEC (passenger) Stock (driver) MTEC (passenger) Stock (driver) All MTEC All MTEC The iPhone gives you an idea that the lights are bright. Thanks again to Jose and Pat and Sonic Tuning and to the manufacturers of the MTEC H8. 100% satisfaction.

Damn, that is bright for PNP. You have one badass car...keep it up...
If I could talk to the person who designed that hole, I would smack them...I done a lot of cussing all the times I've had my hands in there...and a lot of cuts...

I mounted my Mtec V3 on my 335 Convertible yesterday. The picture is taken at 11.00 in the morning. I am very impressed by the Mtec bulb!! Photo taken with a Iphone 4S. The light is pure white and is very visible in daylight.

How would these fit an E90 LCI? Space is very limited on the sedan with adaptive headlights.
