Someone PLEASE Develop a Replacement Grill for the Finisher Rods

I can't stand the finisher rods on the E90 lower grill since it makes the snout look more busy than it should. I think a complete honeycomb grill would definitely look more clean yet aggressive due to the seemingly wider opening. Black rods would blend in better than the silver ones I have, but I'm not too keen on that compromise. The rods can't simply be removed since there's some sort of ledge built into the stock grill itself (see borrowed pic from nexus66 below).

I've asked Brad at CarKing about this project, but he responded that ABS injection molding is very expensive.

Anyone else interested in this mod? Maybe we can get another vendor to take this on with enough interested parties.

You could trim those out, go with the M-tech front or go with the race mesh grilles as offered by bimmian.com. Iirc those come in black powdercoat finish/black surround....
