HELP - warning lights

I was driving for about 10 mins yesterday and some warning lights appeared on the dashboard (see attached).

On the return trip the same happened.

I took the car out for a run later that day and it seemed fine, however coming to work today the warning light re-appeard.

They only come on for about 30-60 seconds then go off again. Anyone know the possible problem and how much it would cost to fix. My warrenty has just ran out 6 weeks ago

Thanks for the help

Forgot to mention. The ABS symbol (where the clock was) changes between ABS, the handbrake applied symbol and the run-flat tyre symbol.

What you have described would indicate a possible fault with the DSC control system. When this light is displayed it means there is no traction control active... bit dangerous in this weather!

Just had a Frank Butchers in my book and to add to Anneka's post, it also mentions the Run Flat Indicator failing.

That may be not as bad.

The indication is derived from the ABS wheel speed sensors.

You should get the car error codes read, there will most likely be something logged.
It may just be a failing ABS sensor, and the error code may tell you which one.

Any dealer or independant garage can read them from the cars computer.
The dealer will likely charge you a lot, and indy may charge you nothing.

But without them youi are stabbing in the dark. They can be a great help to saving time and money in diagnosing a fault.
These are complex cars, lots of little 'modules' of electronics all talking together on what is very similar to a computer network.
Im not in your area so dont know any reputable garages in Sunderland....

Maybe another thread asking others on here for a reccomend mate?

Good luck, hope you get it fixed - these leccy gremlins can be quite annoying!
