Power window anti-trap function
My car was sitting idle for almost a month or so. After I get back and try to start the car, it does not. After several attempt to jump start the car still no go. I check the fuse box, and realize a fuse missing under the start icon, I removed the one for power windows and move it to the fuse spot for starting the car, still no go. Finally, jump started using a different car. Move the power window fuse to it original location. And, now my car give me a power window anti-trap function error. It pops out every two second and then disappears. I have tried to re-initialize the windows but it still does not work. Checked all the fuses and they all look fine.Is there a way to reset this message .The windows work fine, auto up and all other functions.

Visual inspection of a fuse isn't always 100% reliable. Aren't they like $1.98 each? Get a replacement (or 3-4) and then see what happens.
Besides, is the starter and power window different amps? You could have overloaded the window to the point the fuse looks good, but is barely holding on. |

i checked all fuse with a multimeter and they seem fine. But, I realized a weird thing, my rear driver side window will not come up until several attempts when the car is running, but when the ran is not running it comes up just fine. It looked like something is blocking it when the car is running, but otherwise it comes up just fine.
