CIC IDRIVE OWNERS please help!

hi guys,

Just a quick question.

how does your CIC idrive controller feel when you turn the knob?

reason asking is because i just got a cic controller of ebay and while fiddling around i notice when turning the knob it is harder....it feels like it's stuck compared to my ccc idrive where i would feel a click even moving on notch and when turning the knob on the CCC it so easy like DJ-ing.

The CIC one feels like rubber being dragged around , only when you move it fast you then you can feel the clicks.

need to know so i can return it if its broken.

thanks ~

They are haptic on some models.
So until you plug it in you won't know if it is OK or not.
