Question Help Identifying Rims and Lip. Please!!

Anyone know what rims are these and lip? I saw the car at the dealer today and I asked the owner and he didn't even know

Thanks guys for those that have helped. I really don't think its a hamann style replica lip because the lip would like in the middle of the bumper and then come out on the other side. It looks like it from the sides though

I'm not sure about the lip but I can see that the wheels are MRR GT07
Hyper silver, they come hub centric to BMW and accepts your or center cap, low pressure cast, available in 18,19 and 20 here's the link http://www.mrrwheels.com/gt7.html
Looks similar to brayton but they usually have their signature around the lug pattern. Let me know if you would like more information on the wheel.

its a hamann-style lip. for a stock non-mtech bumper. how do i know? it looks EXACTLY like mine. lol
