Wheels vibration problem.

I have had wheel vibration problem since the day I took delivery of my e90. I could feel the vibrations from the steering wheel and the seat. The tires also make a lot of noise at around 20-40mph. However, the vibration doesn't happen all the time. I went back to the dealer service once, and they said it was normal. Though, I got to drive a different e90, that car didn't have any vibration or tire noise like mine.
I had my wheels re-balanced but it didn't fix the problem. My OEM style 159 wheels don't have bends or visible damages.
I was able to find a pair of Style 162 front wheels to fit on for a test drive. The vibration and road noise went away as soon I drove on those wheels, so I think it was probably my tires having flat spots. So I replaced stock tires with new Bridgestone RE-01R tires. Well, that didn't fix my problem, the road noise and vibration are still there (but not as bad). Is it possible that this problem could be from defected OEM wheels? Or could it be related to other things like alignment or wheel bearing?

wow.... never heard of this kind of problem.... wheel bearingwould shake but not that much, and it would make a lot of noise....

i dontthink it would be one of your OEM wheels, but at this point, i guess it is the only alternative....

bring it to your dealer and have them inspect it, maybe they could put on aanother set of wheels and se if the same problem occurs...

I'm going to try swapping my wheels with my friend's style 162 wheels again tomorrow.
I also noticed the steering feels really nervous under moderate to hard braking. The vibration can also be felt when turning the wheel slightly at highway speed. The alignment seems to be okay when the road is extremely smooth, but a little bump on the road can make my steering turns like 10 degree if I don't have my hands on it.
