Yes, it has wheel straps and a mount that holds the frame. Let me know if interested.

Hard to believe you haven't sold this. I guess peeps on this site are more performance oriented, than outdoors.
I would throw it up on Craig's sports/outdoor. I also seem to remember that Sports Basement in the presidio has a cork board for used gear posts.
