Is there a visible difference between staggered and square ? Concave wise ?

Staggered/square? I'm not following?

yes. the staggered setup in the rear is more concave then the fronts so if its square setup they wont be as concave.

Right on the money here. Check the picture, you can see the difference in concavity between the front/rear:

Though the photo is small, this is the best shot I have where you can tell the rear concavity is more than the front.
