K&N FILTER..
I just replace my old air filter with a K&N filter. At the same time I did the carbon delete and I must say, I definitely felt a difference! The engine doesn't feel as lazy as it did before. Really improved acceleration! Good and cheap engine mod!!

Wow that was corny! Lol! For some reason I thought I knew how bad the acceleration was on my own car!? Just when I thought I felt my car accelerating much smoother, u guys tell me its not true. Lol! Maybe the improvement was from going from a dirty paper filter to a new one?! Keep it comin!

...this goes to the "placebo effect" and the "no difference" comments...You guys might want to search for Andrews comment from AA tuning, on the K&N filter and the effect it had on the "dyno" test. Maybe you'll change your minds. Something about the development of the Stage 2 AA tune.

I did my charcoal delete yesterday and K&N drop-in. I'm unsure if they're any noticeable gains, but I would say that airflow to the engine increases. At low RPM, the charcoal delete forces the engine to work a tad bit harder until it gets to higher RPMs. Without it, it seems to breathe much easier.
After changing it out, I noticed a small but noticeable decrease in lag when revving it. |

The only thing I noticed when I did It was that the engine got a little bit louder.
