Seafoam?

Not sure if im posting in the right section.

im thinking of using seafoam on my '06 325i, 94k miles.

would this be a good idea? would i be doing more bad then good?
ive been reading around, some ppl say its bad, some say it works wonders.

would i have to change my oil after? spark plugs?
how easy is it to do?

any help will be much appreciated thanks.

No! That's all I have to say. Look up the post called "so I just sea foamed my 335" on n54tech for more info.

Did it on my E46. Worked like a charm. Idle is smoother.

Seafoam is a treatment I would not recommend for any car, especially for a properly maintained car, but even for a car that wasn't maintained well.

I have read reports of Seafoam doing more harm than good, so it is one of those products I will never use on my car.

In my opinion, if you use quality fluids, you should not need to use Seafoam.
