You might rub with this offset/size with no fender roll. The tires are 235/35 and 265/30.

My fenders are rolled. Won't 235 265 look a bit stretched.

245/275 combo would be your best bet without having to get into camber and etc.

Front 235/40/18 fits no problem, in fact I'd run a 5-8mm spacer.

Rear + 33 275/35/18 in RS3 will rub!

To fit a 275 back There u need a tire with a more narrow tread width.

For example check these two tires in size 275/35/18

Tire.....................section width...........tread width
Hankook RS3...........10.9.....................10.2
Hankook Evo V12......10.9.....................9.4

While they both have a 10.9 section width, the Evo V13 has .8 inches less tread width.

That equates to 20mm difference in tread width! That's 10mm more clearance per side for the Evo V12

If u want the RS3 u should run 265/35/18.

That tire has 10.7 section width, and. 9.4 tread width.

Tread width is identical to a 275/35/18 Evo V12
