330 or 335

Hi all

I currently own a 320d saloon but am now looking to upgrade to either a 330 or 335. I am also unsure if petrol or diesel is the way forward, especially with the increasing cost of diesel!! What I would like to know is, diesel or petrol and 330 or 335. By the way, it has to be a saloon, family reasons!! I would also like to get an idea of the service prices too if those in the know could share.

Many thanks

Chris

Thanks for your replies!! Am I right in saying that the 335D only comes in automatic? Correct me if I'm wrong. I do seem to be leaning to the 335i

dxb, your prices are about right, are you getting the complimentary BJ from the receptionist on your 335i manual owner's offer too?

Looks like this has been dumped for the 8 speed auto on new 335i - Autocar even commented it makes for a difficult case to have a dual clutch unit on a gearbox this good...! DCT dead on 335i?

Well I have a 330i and love it.. Slighty less expensive all round?! I'm sure you would be happy with either just don't jump into it and find a car that you really like.

Although the last thing you want to do is buy the 330 and every time you see a 335 wish you had got that. If you can afford a 335 then go for it. Good luck!
