Anyone work for Kuni? or Rasmussen?

About a year ago or maybe even a little longer I had my turbocharger replaced when i was under warranty. They have started leaking oil and developed a wastegate rattle again. Do you know if BMW puts some kind of warranty on the work they do or the parts they replaced. I'm out of warranty now and I have full bolt on's. Not sure if this is something they would cover or if I should just wait it out until i upgrade?
