I recently purchased all these items with plans to do a paddle retrofit on my non-Sport e90 but just picked up a nice E36 M3 with low miles (been searching for one for a while), so I'm not doing the retrofit.

-Sport wheel with paddles and trim was picked up used from a forum member about a month ago. It is in good shape but there are two small scrapes on the trim near the left MF buttons (see pic). $200 SOLD

SOLD - Airbag is used and purchased from an eBay seller. Looks new. $270 - SOLD

SOLD - MF buttons are new from Tischer, part # 61319123287. $85 - SOLD

-Burger Motorsport paddle retrofit harness is new. $130 SOLD

Yes, it's OEM. Used, but not blown and re-packed.
