I'm not sure if the CPO warranty counts from manufactured date or from first owner date, but the expiration dates would be 7/13 or 8/13. Also as I said in first post, I still have less than 34k miles.

CPO is past 3/13 for sure. Its until either 7/13 or 8/13. Maybe someone can clarify when the CPO counter actually starts?

And no, I won't take 25k. Thats about the price of a similarly specced e92.
