330d Exhaust Tips

Here's a question..

Should the exhaust tips on a 2007 330d be matt silver or chrome?

The ones on my car are definitely in the matt category but I've seen cars with both. Did they change at a certain time? My car is a 08/07 build.

When they are clean

Mine is an 09/07 and they are chrome. Need a lot of cleaning though.

Weird, realoem lists chrome as up to 09/06 and 'Alu-look' from 09/06 onwards. LCI also apparently has 'alu-look'.

Mine is a 330i (2007) and they are matt.... so what he said ^^
