What should I be able to get for this used non-CPO 2009 335i?

>>>>>Click here for the car I'm talking about

Dealer told me 31,900 first -- then came down to 31,300

went home and I see it listed at 29,888 on their own website!

Told them I'm upset that they didn't give me that price to START with. Is "Internet Price" a figure that still offers wiggle room?

So I'm trying to make a move here and I want to know what you guys think would be fair for this vehicle.
If I'm able to pay the full amount up front too -- what is a deal that would be something the dealer would bite on?

Thanks for your help!

It probably depends on the dealership, but you should still be able to negotiate the internet price. I was looking at a 2009 335i that had a sticker price of $36,981 at the dealer, their internet price was $29,981 and I was able to get them down to $28,000. (ended up not getting the car because someone else offered them more and bought it right as I was about to sign on it )

Yeah, I told them no thanks and went ahead and ordered an F30.

I didn't think it would be great to be stuck with a non-CPO 2009 model, where I could pay $100 more a month with a lot less down and get a newer vehicle.

I went with a lease over financing/buying a used E90.

I hate shady dealers who didn't even quote me the internet price to begin with. What a joke.
