is this too much?

i was quoted for an oem alarm system (my car is only pre wired) by my dealer for my 08 e92 335xi for 700 and change (for the unit and install), and i thought that was really high, especially because it seems i can get the same unit for only $265 on tischer's website. what do you guys think?
