Is this a decent deal?

Okay looking at a 2008 335i coupe from a BMW dealer:

Its got 50k miles
Is a certified pre owned until 12/13
blk/blk
6 speed
Nav
Premium
Sport
Cold weather
Bluetooth/bmw assist
dakota leather
plus all the normal stuff Logic 7 etc
brand new tires

They were asking 32,999 got them down to 28k..

Whatcha think?

Also was wondering if snow tires/wheels from a 335xi would fit.

Just barely an ok deal. I would go for $26000 or walk away. You can find one for $28000 with half the miles.

I tried to get them down but they won't budge anymore. With the deal BMW is having right now they make your first two payments so thats like an extra 1000 off. Another local dealer has an 08 with 32k miles no nav, half power seats and they won't go any less that 30. Ugh so frustrating

i got my CPO 07 with 33k miles, manual, cold-weather/premium/sports pack, for 27.5k before tags and all that

I tired to but they wouldn't budge. I got my old car sold and I'm in a pinch so I'm just going to go for it.

Yes sir I got it. It's very clean. The drive is unbelievable. They never noticed but the drivers side back window is scratched to shit but they are going to replace it. It was worth the 3.5 hour drive for me to get there
