have a set of Weds Sport SA55m w/Hankook V12 on my car...asking $1650 with tires and TPMS

wheels spec---
size: 19x8.5 front...19x9.5 rear
offset: +35 front...+24 rear
finish: BLACK BLUE MACHINING
one scratch on the lip on one of the front wheel...one light chip on the lip of rear wheel

tires size---
front...235/35/19
rear...265/30/19
(tread left: 60% fronts, 20% rears)
