Wondering about car coding within a reasonable distance... I live in northeast PA

Hello, I live in northeast PA (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area) and am wondering about the availability of coding in this area. I am looking to have the amber led in my headlights altered (the one that's always on when my angels or headlights are on.) I'm told coding to Euro-spec changes this so that the LED only comes on with the turn signal, and is not on "full time." I'd also like to find out about the digital speedometer and any other nifty coding tricks I might not know about.

If anybody knows a person/place that can do this around here, I'd be much appreciative!
