BBS CH - Used set of 19s
Hey Guys - Someone is selling a set of BBS CH, and I wanted some input on what a fair price for these wheels with tires is. These wheels look new, but they have been used for 4k miles. Here are the specs on the wheels:
Fronts: 8.5 with 35 offset, 225/35/19 Kumho Ecsta SPT tires Rears: 9.5 with 40 offset, 265/30/19 Kumho Ecsta SPT tires Will these wheels fit my E90 335i sport without any fitment issues? What do you think I should pay for these? On tirerack, they price out at around $2500 new for wheels and tires... And how can I tell whether these are authentic BBS wheels? The seller said he got them from tirerack, but you can never be too careful! This is my first time buying aftermarket wheels, so any input would be appreciated! Thanks for the help!

Look inside the spokes or in the backside of the rims. BBS should be stamped on the rims with the offset. Check the offsets too, I don't remember CH's coming in 40 offset. iF they are +45, you can go with 15mm spacers. Danny

They'll still be tucked in? I punched in the specs on the calculator above, and it says that there'll be 17mm less clearance on the strut side and 10mm less clearance to the fender. Doesn't this fill out the wheel well enough? I guess I'm just trying to go for an aggressive look without spacers...

Wow, I didn't realize the E90s had so much space in the rear. Maybe I'll slap some 275s on the back if there's that much room.

I dont think so..I think that is what he wants to offer. IMHO, its too low. I sold my BBS-CH wheels (18") a couple of years back...but mine were used on two different cars..for a total of at least 40K miles. How much are they new at Tirerack? Those Kumho tires are not anything to get excited about at all.
