My car sounds like a V8 but not the fuel pump...bank 1 is screwed?

this has ocasionally been happening even before my JB4....this started about when my car hit 70k miles.

Okay THis happens:
1. If its cold outside then i usually get long morning cranks like the first video below, but when i restart it works just fine..

2.Somemornings it starts right up but idles high around 1k-ish then slowly drops once it hits 600 rpms CEL comes on mis fires like crazy! ABsically sounds like a 67 V8 mustang and the codes in the video show up(sorry i showed them a million times in the video) anyways i then turn off the car an turn it back on and its fine.

when fully warmed up at stop lights it idles pretty good at 600 rpms light shudder but i know its still misfiring i only get codes on the cold morning starts...
Spark plugs have been changed but i dunno what else i need to do

performance wise it still a beast but. its just the misfiring and the ling cranks driving me nuts

AND:
I did change my bank 1 and bank 2 O2 sensors...when i got to the bank 1 O2 it was just sitting in the down pipe i literally just pulled it out without unscrewing it...... but bank 2 was pretty tight..

Thanks in advance for any advice on how to fix it and if anyone can thell me what the heck is wrong with it

did you get the HPFP and injector recalls done? You have a 2008 MY, which falls right into the production range of the bad injector part numbers.

i got my hpfp recall done they said my injectors were fine. this was at 56 k miles....but at 70 this... i took it to 2 dealerships and they said injectors are not coverd.. they said ill have to get the car diagnosed and checked then if it is the injectors i will have to pay for it....i dunno...and holy crap how'd u know i have 2008 may build!?

In your info box. Cold start misfires are 99.9% injectors.

It's bad injector/s.
Had this issue, just fixed under warranty.
I have a CPO car so, I plan to milk all the issues for the next two years.

you can code them yourself with INPA. Search for Vasillalov thread.

to test if its coils is easy. if you missfire always on the same cylinder or always 2 cylinder. just swap the coil. if the missfire jumps to the other cylinder you know its the coil .
I would just replace all coils and injectors with your mileage.

He's misfiring multiple cylinders on cold start, likely the injectors are toast. Not a coding issue until he replaces them himself.

i did the coil test i put all coils from bank 2 in bank 1 and bank1 coils in bank 2

basically a bank coil swap

but....it was still miss

Before you changout the injectors be sure to take the car to a couple dealers and ask them to check if the injectors are apart of the recall. I thought most 08 vehicles are included in the recalled batch.

I would definetly do as rader1 suggested cause your car should be covered according to what is said in the following threads:

Read post #261. As long as your car was not built prior to 04/02/2007 you should be covered.

I did i went to two dealerships and said it was only the fuel pump and only the pump. i tried to argue and i was completely STOCK at the time.

i then posted this earlier

in a couple of days got a call from BMWNA and they told me that the injectors are not part of the Recall
