Maintenance Estimates... Are these Accurate?

I'm working with a shop out here in Colorado and they are doing some work on my e36 M3 which I am in the process of turning into a track car...

Needless to say, they do not have my trust yet, so I'd like anyone who knows' opinion on these few line items and their labor costs on the estimate...

R+R Rear Subframe - Replace Diff Bushings - Replace Trailing Arm Bushings.... $800.00 Labor cost at $92/hr... roughly an 8.5 hour job according to shop

R+R Front Subframe - Replace Front Control Arm Bushings...$440.00
Labor cost at $92/hr... roughly 4.75 hour job according to shop

These two jobs require the dropping of the subframes I believe... but if I am wrong please let me know. They are doing these in conjunction with some subframe reinforcement kits which will be welded in.

If anyone has any opinions on how long these jobs are taking our how much they are charging, that would be really helpful.

Thanks guys!

Those estimates sound about right. I see them usually hover around $1000+. I own an E36 M3 myself. I would recommend RTAB pocket reinforcements welded on as well as rear swaybar brackets if you haven't planned on that. I recommend AKG Motorsport for their reinforcement plates and poly bushings unless you are going solid aluminum in the subframe and differential.

Sounds good. Thanks for the advice. I have planned all of the above and I'll take a look at AKG as well.
