interior dispute
Hey guys, i'm new to the forums. But anyway, i ordered a Monaco Blue 328i coupe about a month ago. The interior is black leather with aluminum trim. I'm sort of regretting this and i was wondering what you guys think of it.

I think that is a pretty cool combo. I have monaco with grey leather and grey poplar. Everytime I see space grey I sometime wish I had space grey but I love my car at night and on a sunny day after a wash.

Do you like it or would you rather have a wood trim? I think the wood trim gives the car a more expensive look while the aluminum trim gives it a more sporty but cheaper look.

I love my grey poplar. It's pretty unique I think because I actually don't much like wood trim in cars, well brown wood trim, but love the grey wood. Most people who get in my car comment on it also. The aluminum is cool looking too I think but I read a bit on here and heard it dings easily. Not sure how true this is but I am happy with what I got. I'm sure no matter what you get you will be happy. I just wish I could have gotten piano black but I don't really think about that anymore now that I have my car. =)

I'm not a fan of Monaco/Black... it's like wearing black shoes with navy slacks.

i understand what you mean about the cheaper look on the aluminum trim, but trust me once you have the car you wont think that way

My wife says the same thing. There must be some sort of fashion law about this. She always yells at me when I wear black shoes with a navy blue suit. She says I should wear my brown or burgandy shoes with my navy blue suits.
