This one would win.
Ingredients for creating the WORST car video ever:
1. Camcorder from the mid 90s
2. one 10 second music clip looped over and over for the whole 4 minute video
3. Pro level camera work
4. Lots of extra random shots of buildings.

At first I thought it was made in the late 90s, but there is a 997 911 in the video so it is a very recent video. It was so bad I couldnt stop watching....
