Tire repair Boo Boo

I had a flat (slow leak with a bolt in it) fix on a rainy day and was really happy it was done for only $10. I paid cash. (inside the tire plug/patch) The problem is that while it was done, the tech damaged my rim on the face where the hydraulics pressed down on the tire and rim. I didn't notice it while it was done because all the wet brake dust and grime camoflaged the wheel finish. Now, I called them, and of course they deny everything. What should I do? The damage is going to be more than $10 bucks.

nothing you can do man, you have to get it repaired....

thats why the tire fix only costed 10 bucks....

you should have warned them that they would be responsible of any wheel damage before they started....

I guess I'll have to live with it and eat any repair costs. I may go the DIY route, 'cause I'm sure there will be more cosmetic problems on my wheels that I can fix in the future. Maybe I'll give it to my women and she can bitch and nag the guy to submission??
