Hate service days, quick question
Just gave my car in for its last covered under warranty service. They are getting me fresh rear brakes, and possibly a new fuel pump. Would it be weird if I called them and told them not to mess with my ECU because I have a ton of stuff coded (lci tails, m3 speedo, etc.)? DOes a new HPFP require recoding even though I have the new software already from a HPFP i got in October?

if u got stuff coded, back it up and just code it again.
Telling them not to do something with the ECU will give them a reason to invalidate your warranty, esp with the ECU. |
