NoHo cheap M3 Painted bumper legit?

I ran across this ad on CL http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv...900297293.html

dude is offering legit pricing on some mods I been looking for pretty. Much quoted me $1150 for M3 bumper painted and installed and a CF CSL trunk.

really sounds too good to be true, anyone deal with this guy before?

For an e90 m3 yes, if it isn't a real m3 or doesn't have m3 fenders it won't work. In other words, coupe front end, with m3 fenders
