Zurich shield?
The bmw dealer I bought my car from puts on a "zurich shield" thing in the paint, said it lasts 7 years and car does not need waxing. Is this right? Is it good for the paint?

The most advanced car care product technology does'nt have a durabilty of 5 years let alone 7. These types of products are basically insurance policies, you need to have them re-newed on an annual basis (read the small print on the contract, you'll be amazed at the 'out' clauses)
Take a look at OPT Opti-Coat a polymer coating that will last for 2-3 years |
