LTBMW Customer Service
After shopping around online and in-person in California for a BMW specialist, I decided to make a stop at LTBMW. Always heard about them through the forums and also through a close friend, and so I finally wanted to make a stop. I bought an OEM M3 E90 spoiler on eBay and needed it to be repainted. A quote from one reputable shop in Chino wanted to charge me $150 for paint and install...yeah, for a small spoiler! What?! So, I held off on painting. I originally went into LTBMW just to check out the facility and make a few friends with customers and workers. During my time there, I talked to Long and found out they paint there; and have great tools and equipment.
Well, here comes the first amazing part. After talking to Long he said he'd paint the lip, find splitters for me, then paint those; and then install both for an incredible price! (Don't wanna post their prices, but can call them and guaranteed they'll beat competition and some.) I came in on a Monday and Long said if I brought it Tuesday AM that'd he'd have it on my car by Monday or Tuesday the next week. Kinda bummed but I knew they'd have quality work. So, I came in the next morning to find out Long was out due to the birth of another child. Congrats Long! So I left it with a worker named Phil who took care of handling it and sent it straight to painting that day. Nice! Well, I check up on the splitters the following few days and it hits a snag. Bummed because I didn't want to wait any longer than a week for those pieces. Ivan told me not to worry and he'd get them in as soon as he could and get them in quick. Damn, did Ivan do a great job?! Thanks Ivan! Here comes the second great part, A few days pass and finally call in Friday and talk to Phil. He said he had just sent them in to the paint booth and I could come in on a Saturday to get them both installed. Hell yeah! That's 2-3 days before Long told me. This is great. The install was a breeze. Literally took them 30 mins. The other hour and a half was spent talking to Ivan, Phil and Justin (a customer) about BMW's. Couldn't have been a more better experience than that. Thanks LTBMW, especially Long, Ivan, and Phil. You guys create the meaning of customer service, integrity, and quality work. Hopefully I can build friendships with you guys and other customers at LTBMW.

Long and crew have been my shop since late 2009. They do excellent work and this is why people keep coming back.

Yea, definitely a great place and atmosphere. And btw, by the looks of @LACSTER's profile pic it looks like he's already been there. Lol
