FS: 19" Custom Powdercoated VMR V710 Wheels (Norcal)
I have 3 VMR V710's and 1 VMR V718 for sale. The rims and tires are 13 months old. I purchased them brand new from EAS February 2011. I am selling them because I am parting out my car. There are ZERO curb rashes or scratches on the faces of the rims. There is one minor chip on the inside of the passenger rear rim. All wheels come with TPMS and they are custom powder coated, Jet Anthracite. Price is $750 for the 3 VMR V710's Local pickup only
Fronts: 19x8.5" 5x120, ET35 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 - 235/35ZR19 Have 5/32" of tire tread depth Rears: 1 V718 & 1 V710 19x10" 5x120,ET38 Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 - 265/30ZR19 Have 3/32" of tire tread depth There hasn't been much sun these days, so here is an example of how they look in the sun! I have confirmed that my invoice from EAS when I purchased these, states that they are 19" VMR V710's.
I am going to look further into this tonight. |

Because that one rim was replaced back in July. The original V710 was damaged to a pothole. When I received the replacement, it looked pretty identical and it was installed on the car. I have never actually seen the replacement rim next to the originals until now.
It's foolish of me to not have noticed but they are pretty similar. |

That was a good catch, I did not even notice that.

There is nothing shady about this. This thread had so many views before ONE person called it out. Now everyone is acting like it is blatantly obvious. The rims are so close in design, even EAS clearly didnt notice it when sending the order out the door. Unfortunately for me I now have 3 VMR V710s and 1 VMR V718 in Jet Anthracite. CalBear_335i has seen my car in person many times and he never thought otherwise as well. The wheels are very clean and this is an honest sale. |

my bad. lol
for the record, i have no idea who the seller is but i never thought the seller was trying to pull a fast one. i can understand how someone would not notice the difference either until pointed out. i understand this because so many times on this forum i see people throwing out wrong names to different wheels because it looks similar to them. notch it up as an honest mistake and hope the mix-up gets sorted out! |
