Need modification suggestions for the 320d E90

Hi folks! I'm planning to gift myself an E90 320d in India within a month. Please recommend me what are the modifications that I should do initially. Planning for the following:
1. Matte Black paint job/foil
2. ECU Remapping
3. Bilstein B6 suspension
4. New set of alloys (please give me your suggestions)

What else do you recommend? The stock car's gonna look like this
