Half engine malfunction light came on.

Sooo, decided to do a hard pull 4th gear to 5th, WOT PROcede V5 stage 3, 3-13 maps.

Clear, straight road,no cars or traffic decided to step on it and reached 115mph. (no flaming, this is my first time hitting those speeds in this car)

After I punched it, 4th gear, a little bit after half engine light came on. When I pulled into my friends driveway, I heard the fan running hard. Turned the car off, waited 20 seconds, then back on and no half engine light. Everything seemed normal.

What could it be? First time this ever happened.

Could be many things, most obvious would be misfire. Need the codes to confirm. Could be plugs, coil pack or injector.

Just changed plugs about 2 months ago.

How do I read codes with PROcede?

Just scanned the code. I got 10738. Translates to 29F2.

I think its the fuel pump failure related code.

Yea, looked it up after I figured it out.

Just now on an empty highway, I did the same thing, 4th to 5th gear WOT on map 0 (stock) and nothing happened. Did this like 3 times. Slowed down to about 40 then stepped on it until kick down and nothing occurred. Mmhmm strange.

Any ideas?

same thing happened to me with the same code

Map0 is fine

I was wondering is it the dealer do the injector recall without coding it? but Map0 with zero issue

We have similar cases happen in v5 rev 2.5 with latest map 3_17 on 7 DCT either! My friend e92 and mine e93 tested in different stage and map, but result are same as you. (half engine light and FAN running hard) DME code also 10722 and 10738. Same as you, while we switch to stock mode, no more half engine light. Initially, we are wondering it just happened on 7 DCT on map after 11_1 because we didn't saw similar like us on forum.

Yes, I also have Rev 2.5 running the latest maps on stage 3 (with supporting mods)

This is the first time it ever happened. When I did data logging, I did the same exact thing but from 3rd to 4th and nothing happened.

same thing happened to me with the same code

Map0 is fine

I think I had my injectors replaced a while back. I've done pulls before and these symptoms never occurred.

I have the same two codes 10722 10738 and there are many others too. With Map0 everything is fine.

Same stuff here. Rev 2.5. HPFP replaced 2 weeks ago and still this limp mode when going WOT in 6th, sometimes 5th gear. WTF? This seems to be an issue with the Procede.

^^^if its happening to a number of people, guess it may be issues with the maps. I'm going to revert back to the 7-29 maps and see what happens.

If I had beta maps put out. I would definitely want preople to bring up issues especially if it is affecting multiple people. Shiv does great work though I'm sure it will be resolved soon.
