Hi,
My warranty is close to ending, and thought I'd ask others for their experience. I was going to take the car to either BMW Toronto or Parkview for one of their 120 point inspections to see what may need to be fixed. Or is there another inspection you would recommend? Also would you recommend bmw Toronto or Parkview? Thanks for your input... |

I go to Bmw toronto because i work downtown and i find that they are really easy to deal with and always give you an honest opinion.
I think your referring to the 70 point inspection? Which is a straight forward visual inspection of major components. Doesnt really do much. My warrenty is almost up as well and im getting a couple things fixed that i noticed were off. |

They are both part of the Quinn automotive group.

Do you pay for the inspection? How much?
I've only got 10k left, which will probably only get me 'till August.

do you guys think it's worth it paying $130 for 130 point inspection they are refering to?
anyone have actual experience paying dealership fee for inspection and found out it was worth it? I do not see any problems with my car but my warranty expires in next month, and I am wondering if I should bite the inspection they are offering. |

From my experience, i went with the visual inspection. I wasnt suprised when they didnt find anything lol. I just wanted to be sure.
I think its better listening carefully to your car for sounds that arnt normal. My sunroof was making weird noises when i opened it so i got it checked and turns out there was a defect. Its better to go in there with something solid for their techs to check out. |
