What tires stretch?

I posted a super long thread and nobody would even attempt to help so maybe this will be better?

I just want to know what tires are known for stretching other than Toyo's?

Falken FK452, I'm running Hancocks right now but they don't stretch as well as Falkens or Toyos.

Falken FK452 is probably the cheapest option for stretch. I like how the side walls look on these when the Falkens are stretched compared to other tire brands too.

What about invo's? I have 19X10 275/30 et +27 rear now...with fenders rolled/pulled with T1R's and they are pretty stretched....

I was looking at the PSS's or the Invos...but if they don't stretch with a 275..then I was thinking I should get 265?

I'm not worried about cost...I want some really nice riding tires...how are the Falkens as far as this goes?

no falkins are made to strech.. i had a 205 on a 9.5 with no issues.. i have streched dozen of tires and falkins are the way to go.. i always went with the 512's but the 452's are also good.

Falkens are good street tires, everyday driving. I wouldn't try to race/canyon in them because they don't grip as well as other Falken tires. I've driven on Falken FK452 for almost 3.5 years with only daily driving. They stretch much better than my Hankooks, and I would definitely do it again if I had the chance to.

Nitto Invo has better ride comfort IMO. I've had both and yes, the Falkens are better for stretch. The Michelin PSS is definitely out of your question for stretch. I think you can get a set of FK452 for around $700. Give or take $20 or so.

Dunlop direzza stretches good and achilles are the cheapest decent stretchy tires.

I get all my rubbers from bavarianx!

From what I heard from drifters and the guys that stretch all there tires....Falken is the way to go for stretch. I have Vredestein, and they stretched good, but side walls were harder then falken (says the guy that stretched my tires) And I've also heard nitto does stretch pretty well

For the sizes you are talking, 10j with 275 or 265 you can run whatever tire you want. That isnt really a stretch at all and you should have no issues.

I went from 452's, to Invos, and now on PSS. I don't stretch my tires but from a performance standpoint......go in reverse order from what I bought :0 Also keep in mind, if you get PSS, they are quite a bit beefier than the other 2 mentioned. Might want to get a smaller side wall if you are going for the flush look without rubbing. I had to remove my spacers when going from the same size Invos to PSS because the PSS rubbed.

These wheels/tires threads are soooo confusing...all those number 425 265, 9 offset...are confusing I don't know what any of them mean and I was just hoping to get an idea of what tires are good to replace my RTF's on mine e90 325i

Damn...thanx for all the info.

Well, I put a deposit down and here's what I had him order....

PSS's 275/30 and 235/35. and Invo's the same except 265 R. I only have a 5mm spacer F with +30 and 10mm spacer R with +37 and rolled/pulled.

So syndicate...you think I would rub with that? If I'm rubbing just a little rear, I can get the guy to come over and pull some more. I've always wanted to try the michelins. They're only like $300 more total....so maybe worth it. You think the profile will be that much more tall than what I have now?

And driftdream and edirtaynine you think I'l be fine?

They said they won't touch my wheels on the car with spacers on. So I'm gonna have to put it on jack stands and take my setup to them..which is fine..I have a truck.

If the michelins won't work...I'll just put the Invo's on and maybe add a larger spacer...sounds like they'll work no worries anyway.

Again thanx for all the help...

Brazilian..it's not that difficult..

The first number i.e. 275 is the width. The second number i.e. 30 is the percentage of the first number for height/profile. The last number i.e. 19 is the size wheel. The +37 is the offset...the lower number the more aggressive....in other words..the more the wheel will "stick out"

well I'm glad that you finally decided on you wheel set up

What do you think is a good tire size for a e90 325i? 18'?19'? and what about tire? I would def like the aggressive look but I don't want any of that rubbing and pulling and rolling stuff.

My mechanic mentioned putting some Falkens on my car last time I went..I just don't know

275 width on a PSS is gonna be fat (width, not height) since PSS's are wider than other brands of the same width number. so with your spacers, your rears are going to be +27 while running 275 PSS's and since your fenders are already rolled and pulled, you should barely clear any rubbing. if you do rub since those tires are wide, you can try to dial in a little more camber and you should be fine.

im a bit confused with what you're looking for though... are you trying to NOT stretch tires? or are you trying to get a little stretch? because PSS's are tires you dont really stretch... its almost counter-productive lol.
