Townhome Recommendations?

Hey guys, I'm new, moving to the seattle area in June. Looking for a Townhome now. Obviously looking for something with a 2 car garage(would like it not to be tandem, but if it has to be then it has to be. Looking in Kirkland/Bellevue/Redmond area. Currently having someone look at one I found in Redmond that seems decent. Anyone got any tips or leads? Looking for around 1500/mo rent(somewhat flexible).

redmond is not too bad. im staying there right now. living in a 1100 sq ft townhome for 1250 a month.

Try Kirkland great community young people next to water and plenty of townhouse it's also a hotspot for singles...

Good to hear, Kirkland was my first choice but havent found much in the area. I have a serious girlfriend so the singles factor isn't important but I would like to live where a cab ride to young nightlife wont cost me an arm and a leg.

Any DIYers in the area? I try to diy as much as I can and plan on expanding my tool collection as soon as possible. I also used to run my own detailing buisness so Im always in for diy help or detailing sessions.

You should look for Duy here on the forums. He's helping me find a Townhome too. We all love to DIY as it gives a reason to have meets.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms are you looking for?

2+ bedrooms 1.5+ baths, 2 car garage is the main thing

, preferably with a deck or yard.

thats good a lot of younger singles or couples in the area I dont know about DIY in the area

really? looks like ill be hanging out in kirkland on the weekends now haha as a 21 year old, that must be the spot for me then ahha
