You have to relocate the pump with the bracket they provide.

Definitely have active steering. The clamp bracket is different on the reservoir for active steering, probably interferes with it, and they will relocate the reservoir.

Relocate the reservoir. This is how I relocated it for the Vishnu PWM meth kit: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=581527
It should be similar for the Injen. |

Got this to work. For anyone who would like to do this with active steering you will have to get an extension for the suction hose (the bottom of the two hoses on the reservoir). There are a couple things to note, not all screws fit properly. The instructions say to use the stock screws when connecting the new air scoop, but they have a different tread pattern. Thankfully I have lots of spare parts/screws so this was not too much of an issue. I guess when you go aftermarket "bolt on's" are not always so straight forward. Love the sound and look of the intake and thought I should post this to help others who may have bought this intake without knowing it is only supposed to be fitted to the 335i without active steering.
