Thrust bushing

Went to get an oil filter housing leak fixed and they found that my front right thrust bushing is messed up. Anyone had this problem? What's the best route to go about fixing it? Dealer was expensive.

M3 bushing is an easy inexpensive fix. They all tend to leak eventually.

I looked up tischer parts.

Question 1. The dealer was calling them thrust bushings. It is the control arm bushings right?

Question 2. Can I just buy the M3 ones and direct replace?

The M3 front control arm bushings are like $5 less than regular 335. Why is that?

Thanks

Yes, the M3 is a direct replacement

You can also get the HD bushings or arms as well if you don't want to go to the M3 route.

Who makes those HD bushings? Are those the meyle ones? Do they require different alignment specs like the M3 bits do? Or are they use the stock angles?
