yeah, not sure how I can justify spending $600 on a phone when my phone + ipod (with more disk ******* cost less.

i was considering the iphone when my tmobile contract expired but when i saw that it had no actual keyboard i decided against it...afterall, i use my phone for text messaging and internet the most and using the iphone would be a pain in the ass when in a car or while walking around...

yeah that was the problem...lol...ive had 2 touch screen phones and played around with many others and using an on screen keyboard is a pain in the ass while standing still let alone actually moving [on foot or in a car]...i understand that the iphone will have multi touch technology, but really...anyone who uses the keyboard alot will probably not be pleased with the iphone...but i love the way the iphone looks and its huge screen...it has some really neat features but with cingulars over priced internet which is really slow in comparison to evdo and poor service in my area the iphone is a really bad choice...

We all know that the iPhone is going to be released on 6/29 to the public at 6pm. We also know that the iPhone is Bluetooth capable. Since it is before 6/29, there are only a handful of people with iPhones to beta test, and I imagine only a margin of them own BMWs, your question is futile. On 6/29 after 6pm EST feel free to ask the world. But for now, you're just wasting your time with a question you KNOW cannot be answered. Bottom line is that it has bluetooth, it should work, we will know how well it works on 6/29. Hold your horses. |

Hmm if we all held our horses this site wouldn't be here....it's here so we can ask the questions before all the info is out to the public and just because it's bluetooth doesn't mean it will work..so how can I say this.....FRACK you |

Right, ask all the questions about a product that isn't released, and has been held even by the FCC in highest confidentiality. The bottom line is that there will be no answer until the 29th, so asking is futile. The mere fact that there are a few limited phones on BMW's website would lead anyone to believe that compatibility will be just as good as any other "non approved" bluetooth phone - AKA any phone that isn't pictured on their website. It's not my fault that you're getting your panties in a bunch waiting for the iPhone. There are no stupid questions... just a lot of inquisitive idiots. You can Frack yourself |
