PLEASE help what part is this?

So I go out to wash my car this morning and I pull out of the garage and I see this piece laying under my car around the engine, problem is I have know idea what it is or where it goes.Now I know how this sounds but I'm not an idiot( i know cars) I have installed ETS 5 inch FMIC, ER charge pipe, Ingen twin intakes and BHS OCC so I know it does not belong to any of those parts and thats all I have done to car, and all done to car as far as I can tell.....it might not even belong to car but I dont have anything else in my garage that it could belong to so please help thanks in advance!

Never mind i found out what it was..... it was to my sons bike
