Were they good/loud enough subs for the car?

I was actually selling these for a friend. I do have a 10" solo baric installed and it is plenty loud for me. I'm not a sound freak, but they sound very good. The Kenwood amp had adjustments for the level of loudness and I had to put it at the lowest settings as I don't like to thump that hard anymore.
