Rim Repair in NY or NJ (tiny bends)
Hey guys,
does anyone know a good rim repair shop in NY or NJ? I have a set of 22's from another car and they might have small bends, so i want to get a quote how much to repair them. they are literally barely noticeable, but still bends. |

thanks guys, will look into this. i heard about Al's just didnt remember the name and location...how much do they charge approx? the bends are really small, not noticiable when looking upclose honestly, but looking from far, they are a bit noticable.

hmm, i think we have different guys depending on our location man. when i was mostly in jersey, the guy who fixed the wheel on my last bmw, spot on. fantastic job on it and the machine is state of the art, so im surprised to hear he "eyeballed it". sorry to hear that!

yes of course, i linked the appropriate NY one above. they do huge volume, so id say they are not exactly laughable, lol. about 125-150 a wheel.

I was doing some research as I have a bend in one of mine. I believe awrs just comes to you to pick up the wheel. They do not do the repair at the time and they say they will have it back in 24 for 48 hours. I too would not trust someone that could fix a bend in my driveway. So far they have been the cheapest and will come pick up and drop off. I'll let you know how it goes if I use them.
