is bluetooth worth it. is premium sound expense.

hi, I am looking at the 328i, I have noticed many driving and using their cell phones. Is the bluetooth system not that good?
I am hoping the premium sound is out of sight. Willing to upgrade if it is whttp://www.e90post.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

If you don't want to spend the money on the entire Premium pkg for just bluetooth, you can order Option 639... that's just the BMW Assist + Bluetooth. And having the nice sound sys is a definite plus!

I should also say... if you get Nav, bluetooth allows you to see your cell phone book on the display, which is really cool. But Nav or no Nav, you'll want to take your phone to the dealership and see if it works on the car just to make sure (some phones that aren't on the BMW's official bluetooth list actually works).

ahh yeah i forgot about the individual option..but yeah bluetooth and nav is a good mix..my phone wasnt listed and it works fully with the whole system so im happy

yes, premium package is def. recommended; I just got my car and I've been using bluetooth a lot; works flawlessly,

The sound quality of Logic 7 is amazing! I would recommend getting Premium and Logic7 if your budget permits. You won't regret it!

It's a very nice feature. I have the Motorola RAZR V3xx (Cingular or is it the new AT&T) and it works very well with BMW's bluetooth.

I have neither the bluetooth (I use a bluetooth ear piece) or the logic7 and I am quite satisfied with my choices. The standard sound system is very nice to listen to.

In japan you have to still have the plug in..no bluetooth yet it's about to be released..but man it's so sweet coming thru the logic seven speakers....it's awsome and it's safe, and don't forget if ya get nav and assist you get voice activation for ya nav and phone..super cool.
